So after the vast experience that was garnered from my lone model shoot the week previous to this, on May 28 Stephanie Gooden and I made the trek to Pitt Lake (just north of Pitt Meadows, BC) for my second shoot. I met Stephanie once again through Model Mayhem, and we had hoped for some great weather on this day to shoot.
It was a bit cool at around 10 am when we headed to the lake, but the weather was just about right, with not a lot of direct sun, but some high soft clouds to make the lighting perfect for us. They were shooting a TV movie up there, so we had to work around the location shooting and find some decent spots. There was some rocks and logs on the shore to use as props and to sit on, a watch-tower of sorts, and of course the dock.
I’ve published four photos of Stephanie on my flickr site so far, but hope to have more posted there next week. It was another great shoot, and another learning experience for me. I have two more shoots to post over the next few days, so stay tuned!
