Chase Jarvis is a Seattle freelance advertising photographer who has an amazing portfolio. I spotted this video presentation while on Strobist. The presentation was put together by the folks at PhotoShelter and it’s an incredible 55 minute presentation showing some incredible photography, but more importantly, showing some great behind-the-scenes work of a successful advertising photographer.
While his work is incredible, the key point that I was so happy to see in his presentation was “participating and giving back to the community.” This is something I practice and preach in my public relations career, but it’s so refreshing to see a talented and respected photographer share that same philosophy.
